Anti-Spam Policy
Version 2026-09-24
Dspatch Marketing lets a business email its own customers. Every business that uses it agrees to the rules below; Dspatch enforces them technically and by suspending sending when they are broken.
Who you may email
- Only people who have an existing customer relationship with your business or who have given you consent to receive marketing.
- Never purchased, rented, scraped or shared lists.
- Never anyone who has unsubscribed, bounced or complained.
What every message must contain
- Your business name and a working reply address.
- A working unsubscribe link (Dspatch adds one automatically and honors it immediately).
- Your physical postal address (taken from your Business Profile).
- Honest subject lines and content — no misleading headers or offers.
Limits and protections
- Sending caps apply per business (currently 5,000 emails per month and 4 sends per audience per month) to protect deliverability for everyone.
- Bounces, complaints and unsubscribes are removed from your audience automatically.
- If your complaint rate exceeds 0.3% or your bounce rate exceeds 5% over 30 days, sending is paused and we review the account.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your recipients, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR/PECR (EU/UK) and similar rules. Dspatch may suspend Marketing for any account that receives complaints, sends to unconsented recipients or otherwise violates this policy.
